At Natural Secret, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@claraskinbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@claraskinbeauty.com. We will correct the order at no additional cost.

Canada Orders

For Canadian customers, please note that return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
